CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things happen! If an emergency happens that’s okay just call and let me know! After two “no call no show” I will start enforcing a deposit to hold your appointment day and time. Please either call or text the lounge if you are unable to make it. We will reschedule the appointment. Thank you!
